Daniel A. Mendrin

Daniel is from Fresno, CA, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Business from CSU Fresno in 2017. He began his career at Fresno Madera Farm Credit, spending three years in the Credit Department as a Credit Support Specialist and then Credit Analyst. There, he developed a strong foundation in credit, financial, water, and collateral analysis, working closely with farmers to assess capital needs, crop forecasts, and operational challenges.

In 2020, Daniel transitioned from agricultural banking to real estate, joining The Mendrin Group as an Agent & Analyst. Since then, he has represented a wide range of clients including family farms, institutional investors, and global agribusiness companies in the acquisition and disposition of agricultural properties. In addition to brokerage of transactions, Daniel specializes in the analysis of vineyards, nut orchards, and irrigated row crop land across California. His work includes evaluation of parcels, zoning, soils, block data, crop yields, contracts, leases, water resources, and SGMA, along with market trends and valuation reports. He also manages escrow coordination to ensure smooth transactions.
